Going with What You Believe in
I don’t understand why nutrient companies feel that they must attack one another. For example, there are many companies which attack General Hydroponics because they are the oldest and most successful. They believe that if they talk bad about a company, people will begin to use theirs. This is not true for the most part. If a nutrient company focuses on making a great product, it will sell itself. Word of mouth is a powerful tool. If a product is designed right, people will see success with it and tell their friends. This is how it is supposed to work.
Instead, it has become a battle between who can spread the most lies. This is sad because we end up with the most inferior product on the market. Normally, the company with the best marketing campaign is usually the one who wins. This is bad for the consumer. This is why one must go out of their way to promote a product in which they believe in.
